Old College is the most iconic building in The University of Edinburgh estate and is held in high regard by planners and Historic Scotland.
Built in the eighteenth century, William Playfair's impressive Edinburgh landmark is the birthplace of the University. The Old College quadrangle is home to the stunning Playfair Library Hall, as well as the Talbot Rice Gallery and various breakout rooms.
