Bonnar’s is an elegant restaurant set in the 18th century dining room at The Scott. Head chef, Pier Berretta has a refined approach to sustainable dining inspired by his work in Paris and Copenhagen. His à la carte offering use the finest ingredients from local suppliers, ensuring each dish is seasonal, sustainable and spectacular. With 28 covers, the restaurant is ideal for small group and individual dining whilst private groups up to 20pax can be hosted exclusively in The Library.

The Scott offers the perfect backdrop for private celebration dinners and receptions. The Velvet Lounge in the hotel offers a refined selection of spirits alongside a carefully curated wine list from our wine merchant L’Art du Vin. Welcome your guests with an aperitif and canapés before dinner in Bonnar’s or the Library. We are proud to collaborate with a number of small independent producers and would be delighted to advise on a range of seasonal cocktails.

For multi-day meetings, The Scott has 37 bedrooms including the Gatehouse, each with its own individual charm. Boasting original features, modern amenities and luxurious touches, guests will enjoy a restful night’s sleep and delicious breakfast in our magnificent baronial house, setting them up for a productive day of meetings on site.
