Our restaurant is set within the opulent 18th-century dining room and boasts a stunning ceiling fresco. Head Chef Pier Berretta draws on his experiences in Paris and Copenhagen to craft dishes that celebrate the finest local and seasonal ingredients. Couples are invited to collaborate with us to curate a menu that reflects their unique tastes and style, whether it’s a bespoke five-course tasting experience or a tailored à la carte selection. With seating for 30, Bonnar’s provides an elegant setting for intimate celebrations, while The Library, our private dining space, can host up to 20 guests exclusively.
