40 George Square is part of the George Square Complex, in the heart of the Old Town Campus. Following a £6.9 million refurbishment, it offers a contemporary teaching and social space around a sunken courtyard, and works well in conjunction with large lecture theatre and break-outs in 50 George Square.
It boasts five seminar rooms, all of which contain state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment plus additional foyer space which is ideal for catering and exhibitions. Further lecture theatre capacity for up to 350 pax is also available within the venue. Access to the new café and garden room makes this a great place to meet, share, learn, and socialise.
